Our Community Life

Drawn by the call of God, the source of our unity, we come together as Franciscan Sisters of the Atonement from different places, cultures, and backgrounds to become a prophetic sign of the kingdom of God.

We share our lives and our goods in common and strive for that union of mind and heart exemplified in the community life of the early church.

At present our sisters are ministering in over fifty locations in the United States and also in Canada, Italy, Ireland, Japan, Brazil and South Africa.
